We are Gary and Reva Austin, the faces behind MatchaNationUSA.
We started drinking matcha as a couple in 2020. Initially, we drank it as it came in the package, but because we have always been very nutritionally aware we soon began to experiment, adding other beneficial ingredients to our lattes. As we perfected our recipe we were thrilled with the results we experienced and soon starting sharing it with friends and family. We got rave reviews and realized there were so many others who could benefit from these mixes, as well. And thus, MatchNationUSA was born.

Enhanced with the power of moringa, a nutrient-dense superfood known for its anti-inflammatory benefits and rich vitamin content, this blend supports overall wellness. To make a delicious and refreshing matcha drink, start by heating 8 oz of water to just below boiling—around 170°F (77°C)—to preserve the delicate flavors of the matcha. Next, measure 1 teaspoon of your matcha blend and sift it into a bowl to remove any clumps. Pour the hot water over the matcha powder, and using a bamboo whisk (or a regular whisk), vigorously whisk in a "W" motion until the matcha is fully dissolved and frothy on top. Once the matcha is smooth and well-mixed, pour it into your favorite cup and enjoy the vibrant, energizing drink!
